You have 30 days to return your order (unused and in original condition).

Please send us a message via email, and we will personally guide you through the return instructions.

We ensure a seamless process, as you would expect from us.

The amount will be refunded within 14 days of cancellation. However, we must wait until we have received the package, or until you have proven that the package has been sent. When the package arrives, we always check the return shipment.

Due to logistical reasons, it is unfortunately not possible to exchange an item.

Of course, you can return your order within 30 days — and then place a new order for the desired product. This keeps the process quick and clear, for you and for us.
