Wat is de levertijd van mijn bestelling?

Order before 23:59? Then your order will be carefully shipped the same day.

For the Netherlands and Belgium: order today, delivered tomorrow – nice and fast.

Note: during holidays or exceptional busy periods, delivery may be slightly delayed, but we will always keep you informed.

Hoe kan ik mijn pakketje volgen?

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will automatically receive an email with a personal track & trace link.

This way, you can see at any time where your package is — from our world to your door.

Hoe kan ik een bestelling plaatsen?

Very simple.

  1. Choose the desired product and add it to your shopping cart
  2. Click on ‘Checkout’ and enter your details
  3. Select your preferred payment method and confirm your order

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation by email.

From that moment, everything is carefully prepared in our workshop — and quickly shipped to your address.

Welke betaalmethoden kan ik gebruiken?

You can pay with: iDEAL, Pay Later (Klarna Pay Later), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa and Mastercard.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes, you can do that with Klarna Pay Later.

What do SEPA, IBAN and BIC mean?

SEPA stands for Single Euro Payments Area. This is the name of the new, unified system for national and European payments. An IBAN (International Bank Account Number) is a number that replaces all national account numbers. The BIC (Business Identifier Code) is an internationally standardized bank code that allows payment service providers to be identified worldwide.

Hoe stuur ik artikelen terug?

Beauty should be effortless — even when you want to return something.

You have 30 days to return your order (unused and in original condition).

Just send us a message via email, and we will personally guide you through the return instructions.

We ensure a seamless process, just as you expect from us.

Wanneer ontvang ik mijn geld terug na een retourzending?

The amount will be refunded within 14 days after withdrawal. However, we must wait until we have received the package, or until you have proven that the package has been sent. When the package arrives, we always check the return shipment.

Is it possible to exchange an item?

For logistical reasons, it is unfortunately not possible to exchange an item.

Of course, you can return your order within 30 days — and then place a new order for the desired product. This way, we keep the process quick and clear, for you and for us.
