These general terms and conditions apply to every offer made by Cécilia Paris and to every agreement concluded between Cécilia Paris and the consumer via the webshop.

3. Offer and prices

• All prices are in euros, including VAT.

• Product images are as true-to-life as possible, but may vary slightly in color or detail.

• We reserve the right to change prices or specifications without prior notice.

4. Ordering and payment

• After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email.

• Payment can be made securely via iDEAL, Klarna, credit card, or other available payment methods.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud or abuse.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Orders placed before 11:59 PM will be shipped the same day.

• Delivery time within the Netherlands and Belgium is usually 1 business day.

• Different delivery times apply to international orders.

• Delivery will take place at the specified address via external carriers (such as PostNL).

6. Right of Return

• You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt.

• Please contact our customer service via email for this.

• Return shipments are at your own expense.

• The item must be returned unopened, unused, and in its original condition.

• After receipt, we will refund the purchase amount within a few working days.

7. Trading

• Exchanges are not possible.

• However, you can return an item and place a new order.

8. Warranty and Complaints

• We strive for high quality. Should an item unfortunately not be satisfactory, please contact us as soon as possible.

• Complaints must be reported within a reasonable period after discovery.

• We will work with you to find a suitable solution.

9. Liability

• We are not liable for indirect damage, delays or consequential damage.

• Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

• Use of our products is at your own risk; always read the instructions before use.
